At the corner of an alley, I knocked at the door of an old house indicated in my guide as a monument to visit. It was a curious French artist who opened the door and offered to visit the place by myself. In reality this house is almost abandoned in the expectation of a restoration and reconversion in hotel.

Exhibition by Laurent Godard. “Flageville is a dreary village, concentrated in all the miseries of the world, which, directed by a despotic sheriff, prepares its municipal feast around its military parade and the promotion of the blue flower, a metaphor for drugs and local alcohol.
The round-square band secretly prepares the parallel party and its coup d’etat for the next elections. It clandestinely organizes the Maison du Citronnier, an abandoned palace of the XVIIth century, with the aim of receiving the enlightened personalities able to write the founding texts of the new political party that it tries to implement.”
