Seville.

In the heart of Andalusia, in Spain, Seville has dug its place in history. Its many monuments, such as the imposing Gothic cathedral, the center of one of the most extensive historical districts in Europe, provide a backdrop for this spring-filled city. You have to stroll in the popular districts, take the cobbled lanes lined with colorful buildings with roofs invaded by wild herbs that bloom in the spring, push the doors of the patios

covered with azulejos, plunge into the luxuriant gardens dotting the city. The Spanish city has managed to reconcile its history and a certain modernity to become an international city.

At the corner of an alley, I knocked at the door of an old house indicated in my guide as a monument to visit. It was a curious French artist who opened the door and offered to visit the place by myself. In reality this house is almost abandoned in the expectation of a restoration and reconversion in hotel.

While waiting for this restoration of the place, this artist was able to give life to this house with the agreement of the owners and the support of the cultural television channel “Arte” by telling an imaginary story staged in the many rooms.

Flateurville artist delirium.

Exhibition by Laurent Godard. “Flageville is a dreary village, concentrated in all the miseries of the world, which, directed by a despotic sheriff, prepares its municipal feast around its military parade and the promotion of the blue flower, a metaphor for drugs and local alcohol.

The round-square band secretly prepares the parallel party and its coup d’etat for the next elections. It clandestinely organizes the Maison du Citronnier, an abandoned palace of the XVIIth century, with the aim of receiving the enlightened personalities able to write the founding texts of the new political party that it tries to implement.”
